This Child Safety Policy outlines our approach to ensuring compliance with child safety laws, addressing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and maintaining strict standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

1. Age Verification
   We implement a strong age verification process to ensure that users under 18 cannot register or gain access to application content.
2. Data Collection and Privacy Policy
   We maintain a comprehensive privacy policy that thoroughly explains how we collect, store, and utilize user data.
3. Monitoring and Reporting
   Our app is equipped with a monitoring system and moderators to detect instances of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Users have the capability to report any inappropriate content or conduct.

5. User Guidelines and Standards of Conduct

6. Violation of the Child Safety Policy
• Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including account suspension or permenant termination.
• We may also report to relevant law enforcement authorities and organizations based on the information we detacted.
7. In-App mechanism for users feedback

To enhance safety and user experience, we provides the in-app mechanism for users to report safety concerns or inappropriate content, including CSAM and CSAE. Users can access the feedback/reporting feature directly from the App.

8. User Guidelines and Standards of Conduct
   We strictly forbid any form of harassment, bullying, or exploitation. We uphold a zero-tolerance stance toward any actions deemed harmful or predatory toward children.
9. Regular Security Audits
   We carry out regular security audits to ensure the effectiveness of our measures and update them as necessary.
10. Employee Training Our staff members who interact with the Kissambo app receive training in child protection policies and the legal obligations mandated by COPPA.
